We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction when you purchase our unique dog gifts that are specially designed for you. Due to our partnership with CafePress, who takes care of our printing and shipping, we must adhere to their policies in regards to shipping, taxes and returns. By ordering from our website you agree to these terms and conditions.

Which Countries Can We Ship To?

We are able to ship to the majority of countries around the world through our partnership with CafePress. Please be aware that items may not be deliverable to a PO Box, and we recommend entering your street address when ordering. Delivery to specific countries may also be subject to customs or import taxes.

How Long Will It Take To Receive Your Items?

We will process your order within 24 business hours so that it may be shipped via CafePress. Their own delivery guidelines state that it will take 2 weeks for delivery within the United States and approximately 4 weeks for delivery throughout the rest of the world. In some cases it may take longer due to stock availability, design issues or other unforeseen circumstances. At this stage we do not offer express shipping due to its prohibitive cost to our customers, though it may be available at some time in the future. We advise you allow more time than required to receive your items.

Can You Return Or Exchange An Item You’ve Ordered?

In accordance with CafePress and their own returns policy, we guarantee your satisfaction and will be able to exchange an item you’re unhappy with for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Simply contact us using the details we provide with your order to let us know what’s wrong and we will exchange it on your behalf.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards via our payment processor PayPal. Payment by direct bank deposit and cheque or money order is not accepted at this time.

What Taxes Are Payable When Ordering Items?

We do not charge any taxes when you order, but please be aware that depending on the country you order from you may be asked to pay import or customs taxes upon receiving your items. If you do incur such taxes, this cost is your own responsibility.

Can You Cancel Or Change An Item After Ordering?

As all orders are processed and customized within 24 hours before shipping, we are unable to accept any order cancellations. We will happily exchange an item for you, however, if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery.

What Is Our Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds for any item ordered as a portion of each purchase is automatically gifted to charitable organizations that help animals in need and such donations are unable to be returned. We do, however, guarantee your satisfaction and will exchange any item or offer a partial refund in accordance with CafePress and their own returns policy.
